Virginia Bishop Urges Catholics to Vote No on Abortion Amendment
Bishop Michael F. Burbidge of the Arlington diocese in Virginia urged Catholics to vote no on a constitutional amendment that would create a legal right to unregulated abortion at any time during pregnancy and extend abortion rights to minors without parental involvement.
