Lawsuit Filed Against Idaho Abortion Measure to Stop Campaign Finance Violations
The IFPC Legal Center this morning filed a lawsuit seeking injunctive relief to bar the Proposition 1 campaign and the Idaho Democratic Party from continued subversion of Idaho campaign finance laws. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Tom Luna, Blaine Conzatti, Christian Welp, and Vic Miller.
